Bijan K. Mahapatra (BK Mahapatra) is a Perth-based senior Oil & Gas professional with over 44 years of extensive international experience in subsea, deep sea, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. He had served as Director of Business Development at DOF Subsea, where he focusesed on subsea oil & gas and infrastructure engineering and construction. Previously, he was Country Manager for Ocean Installer in Australia, responsible for expanding subsea installation services in the region. His career includes significant leadership roles at Clough (Clough Offshore / SapuraClough), where he served as Country Manager (India), General Manager – Estimating and Business Development, and Regional Manager for India and Middle East Asia. He has also held senior positions with companies such as McDermott, Bouygues Offshore, SapuraKencana, and Fugro-RUE. Renowned for his all-round expertise in project management, marine operations, commercial development, and execution of large-scale offshore and subsea projects, Bijan brings deep domain knowledge and a strong network across the AsiaPacific and Middle East oil and gas markets.
